Be Part of 211 Years of Orlean History!
We’re excited to invite local businesses, makers, artisans, farms, food producers, organizations, and community groups to join us for Celebrate Orlean Day 2026!

📅 Saturday, September 26, 2026
📍 Orlean, Virginia
🎉 Celebrating the 211th Anniversary of our historic village

Celebrate Orlean Day is more than an event—it’s a celebration of the people, businesses, traditions, and history that make our community special.

We want YOU to be part of it.

Why Become a Vendor?
Celebrate Orlean Day allows local vendors to put their products and businesses directly in front of neighbors, visitors, families, and supporters of small businesses.

Whether you sell handmade goods, jewelry, apparel, artwork, jams and jellies, local foods, farm products, crafts, gifts, or specialty items, we want to showcase what our region has to offer.

This is a day built around one simple idea:

Support Local. Celebrate Community. Have Fun.

A Full Day of Entertainment & Activities
🇺🇸 11:45 AM — Opening Ceremony & National Anthem

🎶 12:00 PM–8:00 PM — Live Music
Enjoy regional performers throughout the day featuring Bluegrass, Rock, Country, and more.

🎩 Special Entertainment
We are working to bring in additional entertainment, including a magician and comedians to help close out the celebration.

🍖 Local Food All Day
Enjoy house-smoked BBQ, seafood specials, homemade jams and jellies, peanuts, and drink specials.

🍷 Virginia Wineries & Breweries
We hope to feature local and regional w**eries and breweries offering tastings and showcasing Virginia-made products.

🎈 Fun for the Kids
Families can enjoy an obstacle course, popcorn, cotton candy, and children's activities throughout the celebration.

🏛️ Celebrating Orlean's History
We also hope to welcome community leaders and local historians to share stories about Orlean's past and help serve as Masters of Ceremonies throughout the day.

Put Your Business in the Heart of the Celebration
We encourage vendors to make their booths interactive, welcoming, and memorable. Bring your best products, plenty of inventory, signage, business cards, and information about your business.

This is your opportunity to sell, promote, network, meet new customers, and become part of a growing community tradition.

Become an Official Event Partner
Businesses and organizations looking for even greater visibility are invited to participate in our Celebrate Orlean Day Sponsorship Program.

Sponsorship lets you support the community and get extra exposure before the event, during the celebration, and through our year-round promotions.

Whether you participate as a vendor, sponsor, community organization, or all three, we would be honored to have you join us.

Help Us Celebrate 211 Years!
Bring your business. Bring your family. Bring your friends.

Most importantly, bring what makes your business unique.

Together, we can showcase the incredible small businesses, farms, artists, musicians, makers, and people who make this part of Virginia such a special place.
