Full package includes:
*Consultation
*Unlimited email communication
*An editable google doc wedding checklist
*Dos and don'ts of wedding planning list
*Recommended shot list for reference
*Questionnaire
*A walk through of ceremony and reception venue (travel fees will apply if outside of 60 mile radius of coordinators base)
*Meeting the week before the wedding to ensure all details are confirmed (phone, zoom or in person depending on distance and preference)
*Vendor confirmation provided by coordinator
*Will ensure that venue and vendors have all needed items prior to day of
*Helping couple with coordinating the rehearsal (can be present for rehearsal if requested with added fee *please see a la carte* if date isn't pre booked in our calendar)
*Handoff/Distribution of gifts to bridal parties
*Detailed shot list for photographer of desired photos
*Assistance with getting ready for both parties
*Timeline for rehearsal and day of wedding
*Final payment delivery to vendors day of
*Provided emergency day of kit (you can add/take away from provided list)
*Work with venue and coordinate with venue management and vendors like musician/caterer/officiant etc. and go over plans and details with them
*Provide direction for ceremony and reception set up
*Assistance with decor and setting up if required day of and within hours booked
*Set up and execute cocktail hour
*Schedule and cue important events during ceremony and reception
*Up to 8 hours of assistance the day of
*Designate clean up duties to chosen persons (chosen by you) to ensure everything gets taken care of after the reception
Anything else you need on the day!

Are you guys dreaming about summer weddings as much as we are?

This day was the perfect back yard wedding!
Rain was in the forecast so we decorated fast and got it all set up just in time for it to start raining.
When I say it was a downpour, I mean it.
We covered everything with tarps in the hopes that the sky would clear in time... and THEY DID!
Did you know rain on your wedding day means good luck?
This day made me believe it!
