Our goal is to provide the community with an affordable venue for any event all while promoting a long forgotten down town. Located in what was once the Historic Bank of Marionville, The Coleman Vault offers Stress free Venue space for all your Event needs. Home of the $775 2 Day/48 Hour Rental, we Now offer ALL INCLUSIVE Wedding Packages as well! We don't play those games! Our venue prices are a

ll upfront as well as our add-ons! Our prices start at $60 for the initial 2 hours with each additional hour only $20, However- the more you need the cheaper it gets. our 24 hour rental is $400 (or $375 if paid in full at time of booking) and our *MOST POPULAR* package the 48 hour rental is $775 /$725. Couples LOVE the 48 Hours to spend all day decorating the day before followed by a rehearsal dinner from our commercial kitchen then actually come in and RELAX on your big day while you get ready in our bridal suites. All rentals include the entire venue facility (bridal suites, banquet rooms, commercial kitchen, & use of our tables and chairs) the only thing extra is if you need to use our commercial gas range ($25) or if you need rental items out of our old bank vault which can be priced individually but most everyone opts for the ENTIRE rental vault which is $200 and includes linens, centerpieces, aisle lanterns, tons of signs, serveware as well as our arbor. Can I just say Speedy Clean Laundry have the BEST employees EVER! ❤️❤️❤️ They know how each of us prefer things for each type of home/business or situation and are always SO QUICK to help! I dropped these guys off to Kaylee just a few hours ago and she texted me telling me they were already ready. Look how well she ALWAYS packs everything too! She always goes the extra mile! So nice to see such a hard worker in today's world! ❤️---- this little gesture made my rough day so much better ❤️

After nearly a decade in business we try HARD not to air our drama or dirty laundry but today (Sat. March 29th) was a true "wow" moment that caused not only us to suffer but the lady that keeps us open!....There is often a phrase I tell myself that sums up our client's actions today perfectly. "Keep it Classy"! "Keep it Classy" can mean SOOOO many things or be relevant in so many situations! I use this phrase to not only ATTEMPT to guide my moral compass but also use it with humor or sarcasm. I may also be guilty of thinking it when people show up in PAJAMAS to interviews. 🙄 Today's situation was the PRIME example of this saying as there is frankly no other cordial way of putting it. But the thing is, she didn't just do it to me this time she did it to Cyndi. Who works 50+ hours a week and saves our bacon ON THE SIDE. If it wasn't for her , I can promise you I would have closed up years ago because of all the DRAMA. So this "classy" gal affected someone who HELPS us....I don't take kindly to my tribe being punished for LAZINESS and LIES! Have I ever mentioned how much I HATE laziness?
If you are new to the Vault and didn't know, We TRY to offer a nice space at an affordable price to HELP PEOPLE but more and more we keep getting "slapped" in the face with today's "entitled" world. As much as I would LOVE to list all of our problem clients on social media- I do try to live by this phrase and "keep it Classy"....😏 even though occasionally the frustration is overwhelming and quite honestly you just want to let a little "crazy" out. 😅🤣- So...I find it ironically coincidental that this client (who is now on our NEVER AGAIN list ) has over 100 mutual friends to our right hand lady (who got stuck with her mess)! I also feel like it's pretty safe to assume she is local and there is pretty good evidence that she goes to church with most of you, so the thing is- Without sharing too much, I'm hoping most of you will be able to solve this wonderful puzzle and pass on to her how important a moral compass is, or at least PRETEND to "keep it Classy". Now for todays DRAMA!! It's important to mention:
Before ANY client books we repeat the SAME speal ....not to be annoying or repetitive (I truly get tired of saying it) but because my "rebuttal" brain ALWAYS thinks of the "what-ifs" ...so NO ONE can say they didn't know or we didn't tell them.....NO ONE!..you can NOT book without it. That speal is "Just to confirm you understand your responsibilities as our client, that we keep our prices reasonable as you are responsible for both setting up the tables and chairs as well as putting them all away and cleaning up that it is "Turn key" ready for the next event.leave it like you found it.." They can NOT book with out this confirmation..ALSO, when we send the code to get in, we remind them of EVERYTHING including cleaning instructions and how our cleaning lady will CHARGE US for anything not done so in turn we have to charge them..seems pretty cut and dry right? Wellllll TODAY'S shower apparently had a huge "misunderstanding". ....so much so when I responded with her CONFIRMING this information she BLOCKED me!.....ohhhh but not before she REFUSED to COME BACK and clean (I offered her this opportunity to be FAIR)!!! With so many things to choose from, I think my favorite is how SHE LEFT OUR FRONT DOORS WIDE OPEN....KEEP.IT.CLASSY

PS. Even though our clean up is relatively easy "leave it like you found it" we provide trash bags and explain the importance of replacing bags to avoid charges..

Our Story

Our goal is to provide the community with a beautiful yet affordable venue for any event all while promoting a long forgotten historic downtown. With two large rooms and a fully functional commercial kitchen and bridal suites we can work a variety of options tailored specifically for your event. For those of you that hate the stress that comes with hosting, we also offer all-inclusive packages as well as keep a HUGE list of vendors our past clients love working with! Don’t worry though, unlike many venues you can always bring your own vendors FREE of Charge..it is YOUR DAY! ;) We just keep a list if you need any help :) We have everything from Photographers to Wedding Cakes!! We even have a massage Therapist who will relax groups of 7-12 people for $150 TOTAL! Perfect for Wedding Parties!
