Just a little wedding day perspective . . .

DIY = "I made it."
Coordinator = "I manage it. "

My job is to:
✔️ Keep everyone on schedule
✔️ Coordinate vendors
✔️ Handle logistics
✔️ Put out fires (hopefully before you notice!)

My job is not to finish DIY projects on the wedding day.

The more prepared everything is before I arrive, the more I can focus on creating the seamless, stress free experience you hired me for. 😍

Before you book your venue, make sure you’ve thought about THESE things:

1. Guest Count Matters More Than You Think

That “perfect” venue may look beautiful but if it’s too small or too large, it can completely change the feel of your wedding.

2. Layout + Flow of the Space

Where will your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception happen?
If the flow isn’t right, your timeline (and guest experience) will suffer.

3. What’s Actually Included

Some venues include tables, chairs, linens, and coordination… others include NOTHING.
This can impact your budget more than you expect.

4. Vendor Restrictions

Some venues require you to use specific vendors which may not align with your vision or budget.

5. Timing + Access

How early can you get in? How late can you stay?
This affects EVERYTHING from setup to your send-off.

This is exactly why having a planner early in the process makes all the difference.
