What a week! It was definitely a HOT one, but you all showed up and made it one to remember! ☀️🔥

We want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to each and every person who attended, supported, volunteered, participated, and helped make your county fair a success. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

To our amazing volunteers: Thank you for the countless hours, hard work, dedication, and late nights you put in to make this fair happen. We are grateful to call you friends of the fair.

To our vendors: Thank you for being part of the 2026 Williamson County Fair and bringing your businesses, food, crafts, and entertainment to our fairgrounds!

To our incredible sponsors: THANK YOU! Your generosity and support help make this fair possible year after year. We are so grateful for every business and individual who invested in the Williamson County Fair and our community. We couldn’t do it without you!

We also apologize that the VFW Beer Tent had to be shut down due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support.

Must Complete ALL 10 challenges and Bring your photos to the fair office window

🏆 The first person/correctly complete the entire scavenger hunt wins 2 FREE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS to the DEMO DERBY!

🔎 SCAVENGER HUNT LIST:

1️⃣ Find the Williamson County Fair logo and take a photo with you in it.
2️⃣ Find a fair board member Get a selfie together
3️⃣ Take a picture with something red, white & blue (that is not a flag)
4️⃣ Take a picture in front of your favorite carnival rides 🎡
5️⃣ Find the fair office (Event lineup)
6️⃣ Find the Fair Queen and take your picture with her.
7️⃣ Find the American flag 🇺🇸 and take a photo
8️⃣Find the Repurposed Wooden County Fair Sign and take your photo in front of it
9️⃣Find the Hanna Building and take a photo of it
🔟 Find something that has four wheels, no engine, and is NOT a carnival ride.
