It took us a month to re-open after Helene. A solid 4 weeks of stress, heart break, worry and a lot of prayer. But we did it, and if it weren’t for the support and love from the community, we never would have rebounded.

Now I’m asking for some support again. However, this time it’s not for us…. It’s for our community. We’ve got quite a few government employees, low income, and snap recipients in town that are struggling.

That’s where we come in. We’ve always made it a point to help everyone we can, but this hurdle is too big for us to jump alone. Thankfully theirs a lot of other businesses in town helping too.

Our strategy is a little different than most. We’re gonna help everyone we can, regardless of age. All you need is an ebt card or a government employee ID card…. And you can pull a meal ticket off the wall. The meal tickets will be good for any of our lunch specials or kids meals. And there will be a one per person/per day limit, and a three per person/per week limit.

The meal donations will be $5 each or 5 for $20. I’m gonna be seeding the board personally. You can come in and purchase the tickets for others, or you can call in and purchase them over the phone, or send donations via Venmo to -Andrews-26

No political or hateful comments. I was a child that wouldn’t have ate if it wasn’t for food stamps and free lunch. Not everyone on assistance is there by choice. So unless it’s nice or supportive…. Keep it movin!

Huge shout out to the crew that helps bring this all to you. Our Box Factory Staff is second to none and we appreciate them so much. We also want to say thank you to everyone who comes out to support us. Folks in Marion constantly say we need more to do and we are trying to bring more variety. So thanks to everyone who has been showing up and supporting us. It means everything. As for the Micro Wrestling Federation they crushed it. They were so awesome to work with and we can’t wait to have them back. If you have a venue large enough, BOOK THEM, and trust me you won’t regret it.
