Fruit trays ( serves 9-12 guests). Other trays may differ on how many guests they can serve.

Fresh Fruit Medley Tray.
Full tray-$25. Or buy two for $45. (The medley tray serves 15-18)

• Tons of Freshly chopped Pineapple.
•Mounds of Juicy Watermelon.
• 1 pound of fresh Strawberries.
•1/2 pound of Grapes to top it off.

Pineapple Granny Apple tray.

• 2 Whole Pineapples chopped to perfection formed into a layered mound of Chunks of Pineapple, and slices of Granny smith apples. $23.

Lol With that being said, I will not reduce portion size due to inflation. I'm going to pride myself on selling a bigger, fresher, memorable product. Id rather our guests have a experience they will remember by giving huge portions, and great service. I'm focused on making sure you're 100% happy everytime. Welcome to the page for Jakey Paddy's Catering!!! Definitely going to be a work in progress, but I'm launching a small catering option to start business in December. I'm gonna specialize in Fresh fruit trays, and 1/2 pound individual fresh fruit cups to start. Something simple, yet beautiful, and delicious, plus with huge portions. ( Sandwich trays, and Salads are coming soon.) I've been managing restaurants since I was 19 years old, and this is my passion, and cooking is what I want to do with my life. I also have my food sanitation license. I plan to operate a food truck in the next coming years, and I feel as if this is a good step in that direction. Obviously this is starting out very low-key. So there will be stipulations starting out.
- Orders must be placed 72 hours in advance.
- Orders must be paid for in cash or money order at the time of dropoff. ( Venmo and cashapp may become available)
- Orders must be picked up at the exact place, date, and time that are agreed upon.
- I will be meeting in Marion, IL and possibly Goreville, IL if needed.
-Guests who place orders that are cancelled without 24 hours notice will receive a strike for their first time doing so. If you fail to give enough notice again, you'll be not be allowed to order anymore. Unless your order is paid for upfront as a deposit.
- Food isn't cheap for anyone these days, and spending hours cutting fruit, and assembling trays for even 10 people can be a nightmare when you're in the midst of party, event, or graduation,etc. Let me take care of you.
- Altough prices may seem high. It's good produce. Guaranteed to be a fresh product, and freshly cut to order everytime or your money back. The portions are going to be huge too!

I've been thinking, and I'm wanting doing a small side gig. I've been thinking of doing some basic catering. I've been putting together a basic menu of some Fruit trays, and Sandwich trays. Possibly some salads with homemade dressing. Most of the menu is made to feed 9-12 people. If given enough notice I could handle doing big orders. 50+ guests. Almost all of the food I'll be using is ready to eat foods. So food safety such as keeping cold food cold will be simple. I purposely made a menu that can feed a lot of people, fast, in a safe manner. Just beginning to order packaging. So I would definitely need at least 72hours notice on most orders. I've been in Restaurant management for 10+ years. I have good references, and have my food sanitation license. If you're interested in ordering any fruit trays, salads, sandwich trays. Let me know. I'll be posting a basic menu here soon. All orders must be picked up during the date and time agreed upon. Cash only at the time of pickup. Also, if you ever feel unsatisfied with any product you receive. I'll make it right everytime.
