Florence GP Race / Flint Hills Bent Rims

We lost our good friend Digger last week. Digger raced in the Florence Grand Prix back in the 70s. Then in 2021 he and a group of friends got together and made a plan to revive the race and the Flint Hills Bent Rims motorcycle club. He served as Board Treasurer for four years and spent hours helping to build the track every single year.  We were blessed to have known him and thankful for his friendship and years of loyal service to the Flint Hills Bent Rims Motorcycle Club.

Motorcycle Swap Meet! Durham, KS💥 August 1st💥Saturday 💥 7:00am to 2:00!

In the dynamic world of motorcycles, where the air is thick with the scent of oil and the rumble of engines this creates a symphony of excitement and thrill for all riders in this unique culture.

We are going to have a Motorcycle Swap Meet in Durham. August 1st on a Saturday from 7am to 2:00 pm.

You will be able to start your day with the breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 at Main St., Café and bakery.

There will be flea markets and bake sales. There will also be a pie auction at 1 o’clock and stay to grab a piece of pie.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re interested. There is not a fee to have your booth or table however, if you would care to give a donation towards the Durham beautification project, it would greatly be appreciated. See you there.

This Saturday June 27th, Eric Moore will be leading a duel sport ride to Teter Rock. Leaving promptly at 8 am from the Town and Country Cafe in Florence, so arrive plenty early if you want breakfast. Lunch and fuel stop in Madison. Estimated distance will be 160 miles. Hope to see you there.

Parents with P*e Wee riders and kids that want to ride!

I’m selling my little 125cc pit bike. Seat, plastics, tires fairly new I put on last year. The bike was only rode a couple times after I put all that on. Been in my shed but the carb and filter has been cleaned and it’s ready to go!! This would be a great started bike for a kiddo wanting to learn to shift!
