Hi friends 👋 We've got ourselves quite a few new followers! (Thanks, ) My name is Brittany. I'm the face, hands and mind behind Golden Hour Charcuterie Co. I started GHC because I love bringing people together around good food in beautiful spaces.

Here’s what you need to know:
🥂 Golden Hour is part charcuterie biz/catering, part event space, part excuse for me to throw the kind of parties I’d want to attend.
🎉 We host everything from weddings to workshops to kids’ dances, and we’ve always got something fun up our sleeve.

If you haven’t received your invoice yet—my bad! We made close to 300 salads (yes, THREE HUNDRED 😅), and getting them prepped and ready to roll took priority. If you know you ordered, come on by and we’ll get you squared away. We're here till 2:30.

Made with love, heirloom tomatoes from our forever favorite TC Farms/PG Produce, and all the good stuff—cheddar, parm, mayo, flaky crust. It tastes like summer in the South and smells just as good.
