A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

This deposit:
• reserves your event date
• allows us to prepare and/or order custom materials
• begins the design and planning process

Once materials are ordered or work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

🧾 FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your event date.

We begin prepping 1–2 days prior to installation to ensure all materials and setup time are secured in advance.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to custom materials and preparation, cancellations after final payment are not eligible for full refunds if work has already begun or been completed.

Refund eligibility (if any) will be based on the stage of production at the time of cancellation.

All setups are custom-designed for each event, including:
