👨🍳 Meet the Team – Jeramy Tirpak | Commis Chef
Jeramy Tirpak is a classically trained chef and graduate of the West Virginia Northern Community College Culinary Program. As our Commis Chef, Jeramy manages our commissary kitchen and plays a key role in maintaining the high standards we hold ourselves to every day.
Jeramy has a sharp eye for detail and takes pride in doing things the right way. His professionalism, consistency, and positive attitude make him a valued part of the team.
With years of experience in fine dining, Jeramy brings a strong culinary foundation to our kitchen and has a particular passion for French cuisine, where technique and precision are everything.
We’re proud to have Jeramy on the Black Swan team and look forward to the incredible dishes he helps create for our clients and guests.
