Providing an update on a prior post I made. While Major Q is still permanently closed, the deal we had with Righteous Que opening in mid-October has fallen through. If we find that another BBQ restaurant is opening in our old space I will update everyone then.

To all that read this post two things I need to update you on:
1. Major Q BBQ will be open Saturday 16 September until 3PM for takeaway dining (no table service) based on food availability. We are limited on our sides and will do our best to meet your needs, we do have all the meats except turkey.

2. As of this evening we have a buyer for the restaurant, "Righteous Cue" from East Cobb and they should set up operations in early October. Please stay tuned and when they open, I hope you provide your wonderful support to them as you have graciously provided us.

We procured in advance 4 turkeys and 4 hams for the 2021 Christmas celebration season. I do not plan on procuring any additional at this time. We will inject the turkey, apply herb rub, and smoke with cherry wood. The hams will be cherry smoked and will be finished off with a sugar glaze. Come in or call 678-324-1518 to reserve yours. We will still be providing all the other traditional smoked meats and sides, so give us a call for assistance with your Christmas meals.
