Catered an outdoor (windy!) Graduation Party today in Elizabethtown. This was a drop off with set up for 70 guests.

Today is our first day selling Roost & Rise Home Bakery Sourdough bread and they are selling fast! White is sold out. We have 2 Rosemary and 2 jalapeño cheddar left.

We are selling to-go cups of ice cold Lavender Lemonade and Mint Tea (both homemade).

Our take out meals this week are:
🌶Fajitas! Each meal comes with 2 Fajitas, yellow rice, salsa and sour cream
Choose from chicken, steak, shrimp or vegetable

Busy day today...catered a graduation party for 50 guests. I was so busy that these were the only pics I remembered to take...lol! This was a pick up (which is becoming a very popular option). Did you know that we offer fully catered as well as drop off and pick-up? When you order a pick up style catering, I like to include very detailed instructions for set up to make your life easier. We include all the serving utensils, food tags and hot/cold packs you need to set your party up for success! 💜

SOURDOUGH BREAD UPDATE:

Kristen's Katering is now selling sourdough loaves from Roost & Rise Home Bakery in Elizabethtown. We will be offering a variety of their sourdough loaves each week. In addition to traditional white loaves, they make some amazing flavors including rosemary, jalapeño & cheddar, everything but the bagel, garlic herb, chocolate chocolate chip, blueberry, marble rye, cinnamon raisin swirl and more! We have known Carla for many years (our husbands were in the military together). I've watched her love of baking sourdough turn from a fun hobby to an officially licensed and inspected business. We are thrilled to support her NEW local small business! Check out her page...if you can't wait til Wednesdays (or if I'm closed to cater) she has a drop box for pre ordered bread that you can pick up. She does not have a storefront, and she is not permitted to have a table at her home to stop and shop, but she is permitted to take orders to pick up.

Please note: we will still be carrying boules, cinnamon rolls and other yummy specialty sourdough treats from Bird's Bakery. It is only the sourdough loaves (sandwich style) that will now be provided by Roost & Rise Bakery.
