Hey everyone! 🎃
There will still be the Halloween event this year, hosted by the listed on the flyer, down at the fairgrounds in the poultry barn.

Unfortunately, life and finances have been a bit hectic lately, so I wasn’t able to organize the Trunk or Treat this year like I have for the past five. I’m really sorry about that, it’s always been one of my favorite events to put on for the kids and community and I truly appreciate everyone’s support and understanding. 💛

I’m hoping to bring it back next year, bigger and better than ever! Thank you all for keeping the Halloween spirit alive in our community. 👻🎃

I wanted to take a moment to let you all know that I won’t be organizing the Trunk or Treat event this year. This was not an easy decision, as I’ve truly loved being a part of such a fun tradition with all of you the past 5 years.

I’m so sorry for any disappointment this may cause. I’m incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support this community has always shown since I started this, and I hope the spirit of Halloween continues to shine through in other wonderful ways this season.

Thank you for understanding, and I look forward to joining in the fun alongside you all this year—just from a different role.

I have spoken with the reporter and he will be correcting the story! He was misinformed about the event when given the assignment originally he stated so we will be on the lookout for the correct story!

If you are willing to donate costumes in good condition and reusable treat bags so others who are less fortunate can use them next year please reach out and I will take them off your hands. 🙂

I am aware the reporter that was at the trunk or treat gave the Halloween in the park all the credit for this event including photos and interviews from this event. I have reached out to him asking him to make it right. It’s terrible that this happened as they do not deserve all the credit for my hard work. I hope he takes down the story as most of the content in it is from this event. This year was a little hectic with the two events at the same location even though they were different times and next year we will make sure they are not on the same day to prevent confusion next year.

Thank you to everyone who came and passed out goodies today and also thank you to all the family’s who brought their kiddos to trick or treat. We loved seeing all the costumes! It was a great turn out again this year and weather was even on our side! There was some great decorations and costumes. Can’t wait to do this again next year!
