We hope you'll join us for for our FREE Fall Family Fun Day on Sunday, October 26th on the grounds of Fair Oaks! We're excited for another fun festival featuring with crafts, games, Crickets Mobile Petting Zoo, and educational presentations on Busy Bees--the powerful pollinators who are such an important part of our ecosystem. Stop by any time between 1pm and 4pm for the festivities, fun for all ages!

Don’t forget to order your plants by Monday, October 6th at noon! Your purchase of pansies, viola, kale, and snapdragons, supports the Marietta Council of Garden Clubs. Order forms can be picked up and dropped off at the garden center office. Or, you may order online.

Plants will need to be picked up between noon and 3 PM on Friday, October 17.

Once again the Council is offering a great way to order your Pansies and Violas just in time for the Fall 2025 planting season! Southern gardeners know that

Our beautiful Fair Oaks turns 175 this year! You are invited to stop by and celebrate anytime between 530pm and 730pm on Thursday, September 18th. Enjoy light refreshments and a slice of birthday cake! The house will be open for tours and historical information.

Celebrate National Garden Week in Your Community!

Join NGC clubs across the country to celebrate National Garden Week, June 1-7, 2025. This week is an opportunity to encourage pride in your community, interest new members, and work with other groups to be part of those efforts.

Ways to celebrate:

🌻Plan an educational program and/or workshop at your local library, public garden or garden center.

🥀Sponsor a hands-on "How Do You Select Flowers/Shrubs for Your Garden" workshop at an area nursery.

🌿Plan a garden tour. This is a great time to share your knowledge of growing while sharing ideas.

🌺Beautify a manageable blighted area or enhance an existing garden.

🪴Plan an activity with a youth group or school students.

You don't want to miss Bea with the Chattahoochee Nature Center WHOOOO is bringing an owl friend as well as many other interesting items that will help us learn more about our feathered friends! Presentations will be from 2:15pm to 2:45pm and 3:00pm to 3:30pm.

We can't thank our supporting sponsors enough for making it possible to organize fundraisers like the Cannon Ball Classic. We registered 100 golfers, raised over $15,000 and had LOTS of fun (check out the smiles)!
