We're hiring a Sales & Development Associate to lead our sales pipeline at Sakanaga, for both weddings and private and corporate events.
This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people, listens well, and knows how to connect a stranger to what Sakanaga actually offers before the tour even starts. You'll be the first real conversation a couple or a company has with us, and often the reason they book.
What we're looking for:
🌿Experience in sales, hospitality, event management, or a customer-facing role
🌿A natural connector: charismatic, empathetic, a genuine listener
🌿Self-motivated and organized enough to manage multiple leads at once, with the drive to build a full pipeline from scratch
🌿Strong written and verbal communication
🌿Flexibility for weekend and evening tours and client events
