Made some great same day Naan dough in mixer and love this thing (it's loud but for the price, it is awesome). This was in a tortilla pan, next will be in a pizza oven :D

Lately I have been obsessed with Neopolitan & NY Style Pizza. The more I learn about building a gluten structure, I quickly figured out that Kitchen aid not really helping me out here.

Next step is to get a pizza oven and there are sooooo many options!!! Right now I am using a pizza stone in my oven after preheating it for 1 hour and it surprisingly works really well but no leopard spots on crusts for (Neopolitan Pizza).

Right now Debating between Ooni and Gozney.

Attached Picture of my first pizza ever, and my new dough mixer.
