Last night 3MAAF had the pleasure of catering the O'Hayre Wedding Reception at the Hidden Falls Golf Club in Meadowlakes, TX. It was a busy day, but with the help of two new additions to our crew, Carol and Tony, it went off without a hitch.

It's looking like our next opportunity to serve will be open to the public at the Ladies Arts Fair at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church, in Marble Falls, on Saturday, 09 July. Working on the menu, but we'll be sure to make it worth the trip. Check back soon to see what's in store.

This afternoon Three Monks had the pleasure of catering a luncheon for the Priests of the Lampasas/Marble Falls Deanery at Saint Paul the Apostle Parish in Horseshoe Bay ...

On the menu:

Hot Pastrami Sandwiches, Muffuletta Sandwiches, Potato Salad, Fresh Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Roasted Pecans, and a Strawberry Vinaigrette

... And to top it all off ... Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies ...

Yesterday evening, Three Monks And A Fryer, had the privilege of catering the reception of yet another beautiful wedding ... Congratulations to the bride and groom. Both the ceremony and venue were wonderful. Thank you to the great staff at Fiesta Winery for their friendliness and help.

The menu was primarily hors d'oeuvres, but gave us an opportunity to try a couple new amendments to our menu ...

On Monday evening, we had the honor of catering for the Knights Of Columbus, Fourth Degree Assembly 2976, Officer Installation at Saint Paul The Apostle Parish in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

As the "Three Monks" are all Brother Knights, it was a proud moment to host our District Master, Mike Moreno and his family, and to see our new Faithful Navigator, Charles Woods, and all of our Faithful Officers, installed for the 2015-2016 fraternal year.

Catered an event for the Hill Country Plungettes yesterday evening ... We had a great time doing it too ...

On the menu:

Grilled Chicken Breast with a Raspberry Peach Chipotle Glaze,Watermelon/Cucumber salad with Queso Fresco,
Macaroni Salad ... And for dessert, Paul's, from scratch, Strawberry Shortcake ...

Thank you again for your help Jackie Bernal, and Andy and Mary Doerfler you guys are awesome ...

If you haven't had a chance to check out Bella Vista Bed and Breakfast on Lake Travis ... I highly recommend it ... What a beautiful view!
