Community Yoga is back 🤍

We are so happy to return starting this Saturday at 9 a.m. for a beautiful morning of yoga, sound healing, breathwork with essential oils, and guided meditation.

Our sound healing experience includes soothing vibrations from instruments such as the Tibetan gong, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, free waves, and other ancient healing instruments ✨

Classes are held every Saturday at 9 a.m. in the city hall park on 98th Street.

We provide yoga mats and all other supplies, free parking, and classes are donation based. No reservations are needed, just show up for yourself exactly as you are 🙏🏻

I wanted to share a little update with you all.
I’ll be taking a couple of weeks away to travel, recharge, and reconnect, filling my cup so I can return with even more healing energy, presence, and love to share with you 🌿💫
