Today ....
Sometimes we spend some much time focus on achievements and goals, checking of items on our To Do list that we forget we are only humans and that we need physical and mental breaks.
Not until our body reminds us that it needs to rest. My MIA is not intentional, my body is simply unable to function, therefore I am unable to function.
I am thankful for another day, and pray that my body recovers. But until I am able to fully function I have no choice but to be missed from time to time.
