This is a part-time role—perfect for students, creatives, side hustlers, or anyone looking to make extra money while having a blast. Most shifts are Saturdays, with occasional Friday/Sunday events.

Meet CarolAnn Casey!

Event Coordinator and Head of Special Events Department

CarolAnn is our Event Coordinator, handling all aspects of event planning and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the big day. With a career in the event industry starting at the age of 17, CarolAnn brings a wealth of experience and passion to every event she manages.

She earned her certificate in Event and Wedding Planning from QC Event School and thrives on bringing clients' visions to life. Whether it’s planning a wedding or a corporate gathering, CarolAnn’s peppy, go-to attitude makes everyone feel comfortable entrusting her with all the details.

In addition to her event planning expertise, CarolAnn also manages our 25+ preferred vendor relationships, ensuring your event has everything you need, from florists to caterers, and everything in between.

Outside of work, CarolAnn is a proud mom to her daughter, Hope, and has two yorkie "children." When she's off the clock, you can find her enjoying a glass of chardonnay and chatting with friends. We are lucky to have her on our team, bringing her passion and expertise to every event!
