Went with the vertical smoker today to smoke some Pennsylvania wild game meat. (Pheasant). House made slaw, pheasants tacos with a side of fresh green beans 🤤🤌🤌

Everyday is practice if I’m not working I’m cooking if I’m not cooking I’m working. Today I had some left over cabbage heads and I decided to dice up a final slaw recipe, it’s in the recipe book for future wants at events hope yall enjoy when you get to try it. Normally I would dice up a little smaller but as just a test in product and taste I didn’t feel the need to get down to the wire with it.

going with a really good seasoning “holy Voodoo” for these smoked fish there is a variety here.. to all who may ask all fish were wild caught from a trip in Bradenton beach and you’re local central PA trout streams. (Mesquite) smoke
