Some babies absolutely DESTROY their cake smash… and some stare at the cake like it personally betrayed them. 😂💙

This sweet chunky boy was the second type, and honestly? He tried and then hated it, but not before he licked it LOL. I loved every second of it. The serious little looks, the hesitation, the tiny frosting touches, and those crystal blue eyes made this session unforgettable.

The soft monochromatic blue setup paired perfectly with his bright eyes and squishy baby rolls, giving us the sweetest timeless portraits with so much personality woven into them.

These are the moments parents end up loving most years later — not perfection, but personality.

Kennedy was basically a real-life baby doll during her Juneberry monochromatic session and I still cannot get over her. 🥹

The bright blue eyes. The chunky little rolls. The nonstop smiles. The curious little expressions every few seconds… she brought SO much personality into the studio.

This age is one of my favorites to photograph because babies are discovering everything around them while still holding onto all that squishy baby sweetness. And Kennedy gave us the perfect mix of happy, playful, and absolutely adorable. ✨

Minimal setups + timeless tones + baby-focused details will forever be my favorite combination.

This sweet girl smiled almost her entire Juneberry sitter session, and between her bright blue eyes and all those precious baby rolls, she completely stole the show.
I love monochromatic milestone sessions because they strip everything back and let your baby’s personality become the focus. No distractions. Just timeless images filled with sweetness, movement, curiosity, and all the little details you never want to forget.

Baby Wade came into the studio for his blue monochromatic sitter session and let’s just say… staying still was not part of his plan. The second we sat him down, he was already plotting his next escape route. 🤍

These sitter sessions are always one of my favorites because they capture so much personality at this sweet in-between stage — the giggles, the little expressions, the growing independence, and all the movement that keeps mama on her toes.
And honestly? The army crawl moments usually end up being the memories parents cherish most.
