We are still buzzing from last weekend's incredible turnout at the inaugural Amherst Art Festival! 🎨✨

Our Groovy Event Rentals mobile stage trailer was right in the heart of the action, providing a rock solid, covered setup for a full day of local talent and community energy.

We also got to showcase our banner package, running two 9 foot tall by 3 foot wide side banners alongside a back wall banner featuring American Outlaw Tattoo, who did an amazing job organizing this inaugural event with support from Main Street Amherst Ohio. To top off an already unbelievable day, they ended the night with an epic fire show right in front of the stage!

The entire team was awesome to work with, and seeing such a great crowd turn out for year one was unbelievable. We are so grateful to have been part of the very first edition and can not wait to do more together next year!

Planning a festival or community event? Beyond our covered mobile stage trailer, W4 Entertainment LLC offers full audio production, stage lighting packages, live DJ services, photo booths, and much more. Best of all, we offer special bundle discounts when you combine multiple services for your event!

Stage setup is officially complete and we are ready for Pets for Vets TONIGHT at The Brick Wall Bar and Grill! 🐾🇺🇸

No matter what the weather does tonight, our mobile stage will keep the band dry while they rock the house!

This setup is a special full circle moment for our team. A decade ago, Wilson (founder of W4 Entertainment) got his start right here as a resident DJ at The Brick Wall. When this open date aligned on our schedule with this great cause, jumping in to sponsor the event with our mobile stage was an easy decision. Come on out tonight, enjoy the live music, and support local veterans!

Looking to elevate your upcoming concert, festival, or community event? We still have a few select prime weekend dates available for the remainder of this season! Working alongside Mask Audio, full production packages start at $2500, which includes our covered mobile stage paired with a professional line array sound system.

Send Groovy Event Rentals a message today to check availability and lock in your event before remaining spots fill up!

From festival main stage to highway ready! ✌️

Another successful weekend in the books providing the stage for Hippie Fest Hocking Hills!

While we missed getting close up crowd shots while the show was live, we love seeing the whole transformation. Swipe through to check out:
-A throwback to last year’s colorful festival vibe
-A distant view of our stage setup on the festival grounds
-The stage post event after the show wrapped
-Folded down, hooked to the truck, and ready for the road

Up next, our stage is pulling up to Adrian College for their Welcome Back Bash, and right after that we are heading straight to Blissfield on Tap the next day!

And mark your calendars, our next Hippie Fest will be in Tipton, Indiana on September 26th and 27th!

Huge thanks to Hippie Fest Hocking Hills for letting Groovy Event Rentals be a part of the magic!

✌️ Groovy vibes brought to Mansfield! ✌️

Last week, the Groovy Event Rentals team (now proudly part of the W4 Entertainment family) provided the stage for the Inkcarseration Festival pre party kickoff!

We had an absolute blast at The Warehouse Tavern in downtown Mansfield. Great people, awesome atmosphere, and top tier energy. Mansfield, you definitely know how to host! 🍻✨

Stay tuned to see what event magic we bring next!
