was a dream that became reality for Rich and Kathy Hydak in the summer of 2006 when they started construction of their 600 square foot industrial kitchen, consultation and tasting area for customers. With Richard's 22 + years experience as a chef in many local establishments, he was able to design a beautiful facility able to handle affairs up to 700. Kathy's experience o

f 30 + years in the food service industry was helpful in the design of the consultation and tasting area. They offer tastings ( by appointment only ) for up to six people for your event in a very inviting atmosphere . Kathy's experience in Event Planning is an added benefit for their clients. A Grand Opening was planned for October of 2006 and was received well by the people of Manor and surrounding communities. Gourmet Affairs is partnered with many different businesses to help make all your event needs a "One stop shop" for your wedding or other event. If you prefer, we can also come to your home for any occasion. Gourmet Affairs is also partnered with many banquet facilities within the Westmoreland/Allegheny county areas to host your event. Delivery and pick-up is available for the "do-it-yourself " planner. Take a look at our delectable menu, or give chef Rich your favorite dishes, and let us do the work for you, so you don't have to.
