Traditions was born out of Archie's love for cooking from a very young age, which was cultivated and refined when he began catering with his mother-in-law, Brenda Lee. He remained an integral part of that business for more than 15 years and continues to impart her influences on his business. Michael's (also known affectionately as “Bubba”) passion for design, attention to detail
s, and artistic creations make for unique food presentations and tablescapes. The team in which Brenda Lee assembled to carry out this work many years ago has been reunited and will continue her "Traditions" for the ultimate goal of fine cuisine and presentation. Our very first wedding was that of Brenda's niece, her youngest sister's daughter.
