So today I got a bad review. The review said that the flowers died and were underwhelming. He had actually bought flowers for $15 at Walmart that were better.
Listen, I get it. Sometimes these things happen.....*****but they don't have too****. Anytime we send out an arrangement and the customer is displeased, we are MORE than willing to make it right. Giving a bad review before giving us the opportunity to correct the problem disappoints me as a business owner. But I understand, in this economy when we aren't satisfied we feel let down and like we've wasted our money. Just know, I am more than willing to work with you if you're dissatisfied. I want you to be happy.
It takes a lot of good reviews to offset 1 bad. So please, before you give up on us and write a bad review let us know the problem so we can fix it.
