Incase you didn't think of this ... You can, in fact, make your own flavored cheez-its! I seasoned and baked them the same way I do for our buffalo ranch chex, but used strictly cheesey crackers. 👩‍🍳 😘 DELICIOUS

Asian Tostadas - Peanut Sauce, Soy Orange Ground Chicken, Homemade Pickled Cucumbers
Gochujang Cauliflower Wings - with Gochujang Bbq Aoli to dip
Dips and Dippers - Pinenut Hummus, Buffalo Chicken Dip and Jalapeño Popper Dip

Everything but the sourdough was gluten free!

On another "episode" of what's for dinner:

Chicken Lo Mein

This version comes with whatever I had on hand: Chicken breast, red bell pepper, coleslaw mix, match stick carrots, sweet onion, linguine noodles - cook these noodles just before al dente! They will soak up the sauce perfectly. I toss everything on the blackstone. Chicken and veggies first, then noodles and sauce.

Sauce:
Measurements are guesses 😅
3/4 Cup chicken stock
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
To taste: garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Around a teaspoon each.
Shake everything in a mason jar

This is not by any means authentic, but absolutely delicious and tastes just like mall take out!!
