An essential part of your wedding guest experience?
The food.
Especially in New York, you know we don’t play about food.
Like the rest of your day, your menu should tell a story.
What’s your favorite spot?
What meal did you share on your first date?
What reflects your culture, your people, your memories?
One of our favorite parts of building a wedding, whether it be one day or four, is the culinary story. Taking the answers to those questions and letting them inspire what and how you share with your guests.
Your menu determines rental needs, tabletop design, pacing and the overall flow of your event. Whether we’re observing religious laws, honoring cultural influence and customs, paying homage to the time of year and location or making the largest decisions based on the food a venue has to offer, it plays an integral role in the planning and an even bigger role in the experience.
Food holds memory. It’s tied to moments, to people, to feeling. It’s something people remember for better or for worse.
