What an incredible few days at the Fly-ND Conference! From the Icebreaker Social at the Dakota Territory Air Museum, to our Top Gun themed Exhibitor Night, to inspiring general session speakers and great breakout learning sessions, it was three days full of connection, learning, and a whole lot of great aviation people.
I truly feel honored to work with an association filled with professional, kind, generous, talented, and just all-around incredible humans. (And no… I’m not up for contract renewal lol, it’s simply the truth.)
A huge shoutout to the NDAA Board Members and our amazing Site Committee. As a team we pulled off a fantastic conference, and hearing that same feedback from both exhibitors and attendees was definitely a proud moment. Site Committee you guys are AMAZING. I truly could not have done this without you.
Thank you to the Clarion Convention Center staff, the same team of five who stayed with us the entire conference and took such great care of our guests and our needs. Your service was incredible and so appreciated.
Thank you to the Civil Air Patrol Magic City Squadron for serving our guests at the Hall of Fame banquet and helped make the experience extra special.
Thank you to the 41 exhibitors for sharing your talents and services, and to the attendees who came to learn, connect, and support the aviation industry.
Feeling grateful… and already looking forward to Fly-ND in Fargo next year!

Stop in anytime between 4 -8 pm, SHOW THE FLYER AT THE REGISTER (picture on your phone or a paper copy, and 20% of sales will help Mandan Bands head to London to represent Mandan in the 2027 New Year's Day Parade! Fly-ND Conference Minot Air Base Tours – Advance Registration Required! Registration for the tour closes Monday, March 2nd.

Attending the Fly-ND Conference and interested in touring Minot Air Force Base? Don’t miss this unique opportunity — tours are only open to registered Fly-ND Conference attendees, and prior registration is required.

NO walk-ups will be allowed. All participants must complete the registration form and background check in full. If you do not register or fail to provide all required information, you will unfortunately be turned away.

Tour highlights include:
• Maintenance Facility
• ATC Tower
• B-52 Weapon Loading Demonstration
• B-52 Flight Simulator

Tour Date: Tuesday, March 10
Registration closes: Monday, March 2 at 5:00 PM

Transportation: All attendees must ride the provided shuttle from the Clarion Hotel Convention Center Minot

Shuttle departs at 1:30 PM sharp on March 10 and returns to the Clarion Hotel at approximately 5:00 PM
