THROWBACK: Some things my husband used to say is life don’t owe you s**t, work harder and that life stops for no one. His favorite “ it is what it is” . Even though he battled RA for 15 years which wreaked havoc on his body and cancer for over 4 , he enjoyed BBQing for the masses and wanted to continue as long as his body would let him. He started this when he was 16 and loved it so much. I give a lot of credit to people who do not let their disabilities or circumstances get them down and always fight their way through life . He taught his crew to be strong in any circumstance . So today we apply that principal with the 40mph wind gusts with our knee braces on and continue to grill for the masses 😆. Thank you for teaching us to be so strong. 💪 We miss you bunches . Wayne Mark Schafer

Last day for curbside. Wanted to say THANK YOU to my curbside community. You are the BEST , your continued support and kind words have got me though this week. Today they are calling for a storm, hope we don't get it. Should be open til 7ish tonight or until sold out or blown away by storm. Whatever happens first? Triple Threat Meat is a bargain with one side for $20. Eat meat today, tomorrow and for lunch on Tues! Thanks for your support. Won't be back on curbside until the weather cools off a bit. We don't have AC in this hot box. The hood would just suck it out, anyways.

UPDATE: CURBSIDE LATER THIS WEEK THURSDAY TO SUNDAY 11-8: To my customers, friends, and family: Sadly, my husband went into the hospital for a sore back, when we found out it was the Squamous Cell Carcinoma cancer AGAIN which has returned. I will be working curbside later this week, and I will be selling our Limited Quantity Final Rodeo t-shirts for $25 each to help raise money for his care. I have cancelled far away events for now, to focus on curbside and catering and local events close to our business and our home to allow him rest. Thank you to our community for always supporting our bbq trailer. Thanks to Manchester Hydraulics for working with me during this difficult time. Thank you to Dr. Masroor for not giving up on us and trying to get Hopkins to assist. My husband and I have been a team for 22 years. If anyone has a family member who is an attorney I could use some help with some questions on business legal matters. Please PM me. Thank you, Cindy
