Saturday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM Amaral Post, it was established in honor of the first Manchester man to die in World War I. After World War II, it was renamed the Amaral-Bailey Post to also honor Richard E. Frank

B. Amaral enlisted in the 104th Infantry in Salem and died in the Battle of Apremont on April 13, 1918, at age 20. Richard E. Bailey enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1941 and died on August 9, 1942, when the USS Quincy was destroyed during The Battle of Savo Island, also known as the First Battle of Savo Island; he was 19. The Frank B Amaral Post 113 was formed and received its charter July 29, 1919.

Tonight’s Music in the Park may be canceled, but the band will be playing tomorrow instead! 🎶

Stay cool today, and make a plan to head into town tomorrow for the music. If you’re out and about, swing by the Legion before or after to relax with a drink on the deck—we’ll be open!

Due to high heat we have decided to POSTPONE tonight's concert with Brian Alex. Please clear your calendar for the following day, Wednesday, June 25th from 6-8pm at Masconomo Park.
