So I wanted to wait til the smoke had calmed down from the mishap this week to make this announcement but doesn't seem it will. So people are aware I could of lost my friend that was doing the deliver but now they are dealing with personal situations because they were helping me out. I've explained this to the actual person that booked us and apologized deeply. That is the only person i need to explain to. End of story.
I have never had my integrity, dedication, and personality questioned as much as I have this week. Remember everything I stand for and everything I've done for every community in waupaca county and more.

Yes the food truck is for sale but we will still be catering and going to certain events. If you still support us great, if not than I'm sorry. Thanks for your support all these years.

Memorial day is next weekend so why cook if you don't have to. Order some pulled pork $8 lb or some brisket $12 lb. You can also order a whole brisket or a whole pan of pull pork.

As always this is the season for giving. If their is a family in need of a meal for Thanksgiving or Christmas please let us know. We never want any family to go without.

Also, get your orders in for your smoked turkeys and hams for the holiday season. We will also be doing brisket for new years.
