We stopped by Wawa on Liberia Avenue today to support the Manassas Park Police Department for their Cover the Cruiser event!

It was great to see our officers out in the community and help spread the word about this fun event. ❤️👮‍♀️👮‍♂️

Be sure to stop by, say hello to our officers, and help cover the cruiser with donations! 💙 Every donation goes directly to Special Olympics Virginia and helps support athletes right here in our community!

✨ A little behind-the-scenes from cleaning week!

Last week, MPCC closed its doors for a full week of cleaning, organizing and facility improvements, and we got A LOT done! 🧼🧹

From deep cleaning inside the building to giving the facility some extra TLC, our team worked hard to get MPCC fresh and ready for our community. And outside, our front parking lot got a brand-new paved surface! 🚗✨

·Monday–Friday: 8 AM–9 PM
·Saturday: 7 AM–7 PM
·Sunday: 10 AM–6 PM

🚧 Community Center Weekend Update

The Manassas Park Community Center will remain closed to the public on Saturday, August 15th as work continues on our parking lots. The paving work has taken longer than expected due to several equipment breakdowns earlier in the week, including a breakdown of the milling machine. Final striping is scheduled for Saturday, so the facility will remain closed to the public while that work is completed.

We’ll reopen for normal public operations Sunday, August 16th at 10:00 AM! 🎉

Please note:

🅿️ The main parking lot and Veterans Lot will be closed Saturday.
✨ Glow in the Park After Dark is canceled.
📖 The Fall MOSAIC will be released Monday, August 17, and program and event registration will also open Monday.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we finish up the parking lot work. We’re excited to welcome everyone back Sunday! 💙

🧼✨ While you’re away, we’re putting in the work!

MPCC has been closed for our annual shutdown week, and our team has been busy giving the inside a deep clean and some much-needed TLC. 💪

And outside? 👀 We’re getting a freshly paved parking lot! 🚗✨

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to a cleaner, refreshed Community Center and a brand-new parking lot!
