🎉 **HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY TO ONE OF XPLOSIVE'S UNSUNG HEROES!** 🎉
Today, we're shining the spotlight on someone who usually prefers to work behind the scenes… **CONNOR!** 🎂
About five years ago, Connor joined the Xplosive family as a roadie. Back then, he was affectionately known as **"Drone Boy."** 🚁 Little did we know just how much talent this kid had!
Within weeks, we discovered that Connor was a technology wizard with an incredible knack for photography, videography, editing, graphic design, and computers. His passion for drones may have opened the door, but he certainly didn't stop there!
From mastering lighting and photo booths to becoming our go-to problem solver for just about anything involving technology, Connor has grown into an invaluable full-time member of our management team.
**He's the guy behind the scenes who just makes EVERYTHING work.** 💪
And as technology continues to evolve at warp speed, Connor's enthusiasm for AI and innovation has helped Xplosive grow, adapt, and push the boundaries of what's possible.
When he's not making magic happen at XE, you'll likely find him jet skiing, snowboarding, or traveling to his next adventure. 🌊🏂✈️
Connor, your journey from "Drone Boy" to an essential part of our leadership team is exactly what Xplosive is all about: **passion, growth, creativity, collaboration, and a relentless drive for excellence.**
We couldn't be prouder of the professional you've become, and we're proud you are part of our XE Family!
🥂 **Cheers to you, Connor!** Thank you for everything you do, especially the countless things most people never even see.
**Happy 25th Birthday! Keep crushing it!** 🎉🔥
