Smokin Joe’s BBQ Family owned, running together as a team cooking and serving up DELICIOUS BBQ to our community. You throw the party, we provide the food.

Joe’s meat is smoked for hours on end on his custom built (by him) wood fired smoker. Offering weekly BBQ box meals, perfect for a family style dinner that is convenient and delicious. We also are happy to offer private catering for groups of 12 to 200. Ask about a complete Pig Roast Party. Store front location found at Stafford Township Little League Snack Shack supporting our favorite athletes and their families who like quality, convenient and delicious food served by friendly faces!

As much as today has become a day of Bbq’s and the unofficial start of summer it is important to remember the true reason behind this holiday. Take the time today to remember those brave individuals who selflessly gave all to stand and protect our country and its people. Raise a glass, take a minute of silence or share stories of those who can no longer share their stories. Thank you to all who have served and are currently serving.

In my opinion you just can’t beat Baby Back Ribs. We rub our Ribs with a house made concoction of spices, smoke them over some sweet cherry wood then wrap ‘em up with some finishing juice to make them nice and tender. No sauce added so you can put as much or little as you want. I can’t wait to share them with you!
