Sway A Rock ‘n’ Roll band from Mamaroneck, NY, together since 2011.

"Sway is spreading the word that R&R is alive and well!

Sway was founded by Andy Hilfiger and Ted Utz back in 2011 in Dave's basement...(who's Dave?). It didn't take long for these two lifetime musicians to get it together and reach out to a few other locals including the current line-up, with two more original members, Tory Ridder and Mike Bishop, together with the one and only Pat Grace on lead vocals and Axl Nemitz on guitars. at the core of our original compositions combined with our unique list of classic cover songs." The band was named after that great song on The Rolling Stones album Sticky Fingers! Based in Mamaroneck New York, Sway performs regularly in the New York area, with road trips to Upstate New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Sway is:
Andy Hilfiger - guitars, vocals and band leader
Ted Utz - bass guitar, vocals and band management
Tory Ridder - drums and School of Rock studio
Pat Grace- lead vocals and percussion
Mike Bishop - keyboards and logistics
Axl Nemitz - Lead guitar

Hey everybody, the warm-weather months begin this weekend and Sway will be hitting on 8 cylinders! Friday night the band heads up RT 17 to Campbell Hall, NY as we are the opening band at Brian's Annual Backyard American Music Festival!

Then on Saturday we take the stage a the 6th Annual Larchmont Music Festival at 5pm. it's a big weekend and we hope you can join us at one of these great festivals!!

Maybe it won't last long but the summer heat is with us today! And we're getting warmed up for the Summer Concert Season.
In June look for us at Brian's Backyard Music Fest in Campbell Hall, NY and at Constitution Park in Larchmont.
Then in July and beyond we'll be in New Rochelle, Roscoe, NY, Elmira NY and more to come!
