Throwback to our potted herb class we held at the Saratoga Farmers' Market a few weeks ago! We love educating & helping our community grow their gardens and their knowledge of plants.. especially with ones that are edible. Everyone got to choose 4 herbs from our broad selection. Some were annual, some perennial, and all were enjoyed🌿

GARDENSCAPE HIGHLIGHT: this one was a big job that all of our staff contributed too & made happen! A huge shout out to them is needed for desoding all around the pickleball court, adding compost tohe soil, planting all of these beautiful perennials and shrubs, and mulching them in to finish it off. I’m sure this family is stoked to now play pickleball with a view like this one!👍🌸

These are what our Friday mornings look like here at Balet Flowers🌸 first thing we do after clocking in is cut flowers for the Saturday Saratoga market at high rock park from 9-1! We cut multiple buckets of just one variety of flower so we don’t ever run out during the market! Come visit us and say hi, or come on over to either our booth at the farmers market OR to our farm and make your own bouquet💐 flowers

Our cut flower garden is officially OPEN and ready for anyone to come pick your own bouquet! We have dozens of beautiful blooms for you to choose from🌸 not exactly sure how to cut your own? No worries! We will always have staff available to either help you cut your own flowers or walk you through the steps of doing so. Have already been here in previous years and know what you’re doing? Perfect! We will always have fresh water and pruners available near our hightunnel for anyone to use(:
Our Flower field is open every day from 9-3

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin and Katrina Balet! We were all so happy to have been a part of the wedding, creating floral magic on our farm for such a special day!
It felt like a true garden wedding with flowers and plants all around, but most importantly, such a beautiful bride and handsome groom!
