We are back to our roots!! Come join us for a Welcome Home Celebration 12 to 8pm today at Unified Beerworks. Smoked half chickens, brisket, pulled pork, Colorado Chili with rice and beans, burnt ends nachos with beer cheese, and more!! Great beer and live music to boot!!

Risk it for the brisket this week!! 4pm to 7pm wed thru friday and 12 noon to 7pm Saturday. Brisket and garlic mash bowl with stout gravy, smoked brisket hoagie with sharp provolone and horsey sauce! Smoked french dip coming soon! I smoked 5 whole briskets this week.
