🎈 A Few Things to Know When Booking with Pop & Party Co. 🎈
As my business continues to grow, I wanted to share a few things that help ensure every setup goes as smoothly as possible! 💕
⏰ Event details matter!
Please let me know of any changes to your event date, location, start time, or setup time as soon as possible. Last minute changes can affect setup time and quality. I'll always do my very best to accommodate changes, but if the schedule is significantly moved up at the last minute, I can't always guarantee the same level of detail. In some cases, a rush fee may apply if additional help is needed to complete your setup on time.
📏 Inspiration photos
I love seeing your inspiration! Just keep in mind that pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design. A 20 foot garland with multiple balloon sizes and specialty balloons will naturally cost more than a standard 8 foot garland. If your inspiration is outside your budget, don't worry I can usually create a similar look that still makes a big impact while staying within your price range.

Whether you're looking for a simple grab and go garland or a large custom installation, I'm always happy to help create something beautiful within your budget. I offer both professional-quality balloons and, if requested, can work with customer-provided balloons such as Amazon balloons.
🎈 Professional vs. Amazon balloons
There is a difference in quality. Professional balloons are thicker, more durable, and hold up much better outdoors. Amazon balloons can still look great, but I highly recommend using them indoors or in well shaded areas, especially during Florida's summer heat. Heat, direct sunlight, wind, and weather can affect any balloons, but lower quality balloons are more likely to pop or deflate sooner.
