Hello, I am Chef Robert Wepplo. I have spent the last 16 years honing my culinary skills in hotels, mom and pop joints, private clubs and corporate kitchens in places like New Mexico, Colorado and here in the Coachella Valley. Having become a Chef by working my way up and learning on the job has given me a unique outlook, understanding and enjoyment of my profession. The a la minute pressures of p

rofessional cooking has also provided me with patience and understanding of customer satisfaction. I am a quality driven Chef that
is conceptually focused on flavor and presentation. I love to work with fresh, seasonal organic produce and wild caught or grass feed
