We’re getting closer to the event, and I wanted to share some important information to help make setup run smoothly for everyone.

🌦️ RAIN OR SHINE

The event will be held rain or shine, so please plan accordingly and come prepared for the weather.

📍 Saturday, October 3rd – Vendor Setup
Vendor setup will begin no earlier than 8:00 AM.
The gate by the Red Barn will be closed for vendor entry.
Please enter through the main entrance and drive toward the Red Barn.
Someone will be there to direct you to your assigned vendor space.
You may pull into your space, unload your vehicle, and then move your vehicle to the designated parking area before setting up. This will help keep traffic moving and allow other vendors enough time and space to unload.
🏠 Friday Setup – Inside Vendors

Inside vendors who would like to set up on Friday, October 2nd, may come anytime between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

If you plan to set up Friday, please message me with the time you will be coming so I can make sure someone is available to assist you.

Thank you all for being part of the event! I truly appreciate your participation and am looking forward to working with everyone and having a great day together. 🍂🍎

If you have any questions or need anything before the event, please don’t hesitate to message me.

See you soon!
