The Estate At River Run is seeking a Client Experience Associate to become a valuable member of our expanding team. Our Client Experience Associate will be responsible for contributing to various aspects of event preparation on the property & ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes!

This new entry-level position offers opportunities for future advancement as our business continues to grow. The role is flexible for full-time or part-time on-site work. Schedule & responsibilities will differ depending on employment type.

Role Description:
This is flexible for a part-time or full-time on-site role for a Client Experience Associate located in Maidens, VA. The Client Experience Associate will is responsible for accomplishing so many tasks related to the needs of our events and the clients who rent our property as well as ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. They will also be responsible for maintaining their workload weekly supporting the rest of the office team to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes and filling in on client-facing roles when needed.

Role Qualifications:
• Client Services: Ability to provide excellent customer service and a positive client experience for each of our valued event hosts
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and empathy
• Graphic Design/Marketing: Applicant should have a thorough understanding of Canva [and/or] Illustrator. Editing copies of client resources will play an important role for the applicant
• Sales: Ability to promote and sell the facility and its amenities conversationally when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, The Arts, Graphic Design, Communications or other related fields is a plus
• Experience in a customer service role preferred. Emphasis placed on applicants who have experience/knowledge of the special events industry
• Experience in weddings is a plus but not required
• Experience with social media marketing & content creation is highly preferred but not required

“It's honestly hard to narrow it down! I love getting peeks into all the different visions our couples have for their big day. I love getting to come into such a beautiful venue everyday for work. I couldn't ask to work with better people, our team dynamic is fantastic! Meeting new people from all different backgrounds and across different professions is always great too!”

Her favorite time of year for a wedding?
