So sad to see Summer coming to an end with school starting back. A perfect way to celebrate or to ease those "my baby is no longer a baby" blues is to plan girlfriend time during that first week back. Drop the kids off and take a day for you and your friends. Gather for coffee and gab for added support or grab some alone time to decompress with a good book you have put off reading while taking a soothing lavender bath. Whatever it takes to beat off the back to school blues and to recharge yourself for an active school year.

Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year where I love getting together with family far and wide to celebrate the season. A Tradition in our family is the Holiday Potluck where the host provides the Turkey/Ham and everyone else cooks their favorite dishes to compliment. Of course, some kind of Chocolate Dessert is a must! It is nice to take all the pressure off of one person so all can enjoy the day.
