We celebrated our wedding at Villa Barone on May 16, 2026, and it was nothing short of perfect—truly beyond anything we could have imagined.

From start to finish, the entire team at Villa Barone was exceptional. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without any stress. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

The food was absolutely outstanding! Our family and friends are still talking about how delicious everything was. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made our wedding day unforgettable.

We are so grateful to the Villa Barone team for making our dream wedding a reality. If we could relive the day over and over again, we absolutely would.

My son just had his wedding reception at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac, NY. We were delighted by their excellent service, menu selection, cuisine, and cost. The attendees were graceful, helpful and cheerful. Vinny seamlessly guided us through the entire event. We compared this venue to others in the same area and they offered more along with quality. I have great memories of my son's wedding reception largely due to their care and quality of venue and service. Thank you everyone at Villa Barone for making my son's special day so wonderful.

Our wedding was phenomenal here. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The way they treat you like family and take care of EVERYTHING is just amazing. The food, desserts, drinks, staff are all award winning. I told Melissa any event I ever have upcoming I am booking with them because I just love everything and it’s sooo worth every penny. You will not regret having your wedding here. It’s all your dreams come true without the stress ❤️

We were married here on 12/20/25.

The experience from when we met Vinny and saw the venue for the 1st time. To the amazing staff and owners we have had the pleasure to meet to the ACTUAL WEDDING DAY WHICH WAS OFF THE CHARTS!!!! I'm biased but I have never seen a wedding like that in my life with such attention to detail and love for us and the guest's. THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!!!!

Man.. I don't even know where to start. I wish there was a 3 page comment section I could use to list the infinite examples of kindness and service for the wedding of me & my wife. Listen.. whatever I write here, I’ll inevitably leave out 100 other amazing things they did for us.

They care.. period. They strive to make the most incredible experience for you and they far exceed what we expected. What was an incredible experience for my wife and I, is a typical day at the office for them. 11 out of 10 is their norm. We couldn't have asked for anything more (but if we did, they would have exceeded that too.) Getting married?? Do it here.
I was OVER wearing my tux. Jacket: off. Tie: off. Top button: unbuttoned. Rob came over and fixed me up like a father preparing his kid for his first prom. A true Rocky & Mick moment getting me ready for more pictures for the AMAZING cake. (People wont stop talking about the cake btw)
I don't think I ever had an empty drink either. Melissa kept bringing me filled up cold ones. Ninjas with smiles

Its been almost a month since our wedding and my wife and I keep talking about how much we’d love to do it all over again. Sincerely, it was perfect. THANK YOU GUYS!

I would give 6 stars to Villa Barone Hilltop Manor if I could. Once you walk through those doors everything is handled thanks to Melissa and Rob. They float you seamlessly through every detail and plan so you don’t have to think about a single thing. I truly just enjoyed the whole night. Before I knew I needed something Melissa and Rob had it in hand ready for me. They ensure your special day is perfect down to the very last detail.

The space itself is absolutely exquisite. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the venue is. You feel like true royalty. Every single staff member is poised, professional, and exceptional. My parents were served by Vinco and could not stop raving about him for 2 days, while my husband and I just kept commenting on Melissa and Rob making sure we saw everything, did everything, and even tidy up my husband for photos by ensuring his jacket and tie were with him at all times. Melissa made sure my dress, bouquet and everything was perfect for all the photo opportunities even reminding me to remove my giant veil to make sure I got photos without it. They really think of everything so you don’t have to!

Our guests were in absolute awe and constantly coming up to us saying Villa Barone knows how to throw a wedding. Aside from the incredible service, the food is spectacular! This is not your run of the mill wedding food. It is a true culinary experience.

I will forever be grateful for my perfect wedding day and that is the direct result of Villa Barone.
