We’re heading to Epiphany Farms Estate to celebrate these two, and we’re so excited to see all of their plans finally come together.

Wedding weekends are one of our favorite parts of this job because after months of timelines, emails, vendor conversations, layouts, decisions, and details, suddenly it’s all real.

The flowers are arriving.
The tables are being set.
The wedding party is getting ready.
Guests are on their way.

And two people are about to have one of the biggest celebrations of their lives.

✨ Is hair + makeup staying on schedule?
✨ Have all vendors arrived where they need to be?
✨ Is the ceremony space completely ready before guests arrive?
✨ Does the photographer have everything they need for detail photos?
✨ Are we ready for transportation and wedding party movement?
✨ Is dinner running on time?
✨ Are speeches, dances, cake cutting, and other reception moments being communicated to the right vendors?
✨ Did something change that you never even need to know about?

A great wedding timeline is important—but managing all the moving pieces around that timeline is what allows you, your family, and your wedding party to actually be present.

It’s Wedding Weekend for Kyleigh + Noah! 🤍

This one is extra special because we’re heading somewhere completely personal—their own property—to bring their wedding day to life.

Private-property weddings can be incredibly meaningful, but they also come with a whole different layer of logistics. From vendor arrivals and setup to power, parking, layouts, timelines, and all of those little details happening behind the scenes, our job is to make sure Kyleigh + Noah get to simply enjoy the day they’ve been planning.

We can’t wait to celebrate these two and watch their property transform into the perfect place to say “I do.” 🥂
