Nine years ago, I took a chance on an idea—and today, I get to celebrate nine years of Hillary Rae Events!

What started with a love for bringing people together has grown into more than I could have imagined: hundreds of events, incredible clients, trusted vendor friendships, a venue of our own, new businesses, big ideas, and so many memories along the way.

There have been long days, late nights, lessons learned, risks taken, and plenty of moments when I had to figure things out as I went. But I’m still here, still growing, and still genuinely excited about what comes next.

To every couple, company, family, vendor, team member, friend, and community supporter who has trusted me, encouraged me, or shared my name—thank you. You have helped make these nine years possible.

Here’s to nine years of celebrating people well—and to everything still ahead! 🥂

Six years ago today, I married my favorite person. 🤍

Looking back, one of my favorite things about our wedding isn't the flowers or the décor (although I still loved every detail). It's that we planned a day that felt like us.

We laughed, celebrated with the people who mattered most, and even climbed onto the roof of Bunny's—where Tyler and I first met—for some of our favorite wedding photos. Those moments have become memories we'll tell for the rest of our lives.

Six years later, we've built a life together that's bigger than we ever imagined. Two incredible kids, several businesses, countless weddings and events, and a community we're so grateful to be a part of. Through every season, I'm thankful I get to do life with my best friend.

As a wedding planner, anniversaries like today are a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do. It's never just about one day—it's about creating the beginning of a lifetime of memories.

Happy 6th Anniversary, Tyler. 🤍
