Well better late than never right! Last Saturday we had the privilege to cook in McNeil at the festival on the rails pork chop cookoff. We had a pretty good day and placed 5th out of 38 cookers. This weekend we will be cooking burgers for the Dustin Bettis memorial car show, so if you wanna swing by and visit and grab a burger.

Mark your calendars for this Saturday, April 5th! We are selling pulled pork sandwich plates! They are 12$ each and will come with a sandwich, sauce on the side, potato salad, and baked beans. Please have orders placed by 5 p.m. Thursday. Pick up will be at 5:30 at Atwoods.

Alright everyone, it is that time of year again! Spring is right about the corner and before we know it, summer will be here! We would love to help you out with any family function you may need catered! Big or small, we give free quotes all the time!

In a few weeks, we are planning on cooking supper plates. We aren't sure what sounds good though! A poll may be posted in a few days so please keep an eye out. Please let us know in the comments what sounds good to you!

Anyone want a pork chop plate this weekend? We will have plates Saturday for supper. It will be a pork chop, green beans, hashbrown casserole, and a roll. Plates will be 14$ and picked up in the Atwoods parking lot at 5.

If anyone in the Springhill/Sarepta area is interested, arrangements can be made with a minimum of 10 plates ordered.

Please have all orders turned in by Wednesday at 6PM

Summer officially begins Thursday June 20th. I can’t think of a better way to spend this first weekend of summer than sitting outside at a picnic table eating smoked brisket, beans, and potatoe salad. So let me help you out I’ll be smoking briskets Friday night for Saturday lunch delivery $100 a brisket I’m only cooking 6 so don’t be shy.
