Pricing and Policies for JJ’s Eats and Sweets

Thank you so much for inquiring about our custom vanilla sugar cookies! Filling out a request will enable us to check for date availability and allow you to give us cookie details for your event. It is always best to inquire as soon as you know the date of your event as we book up to months in advance. Please note that filling out this order form does

not reserve your order. Your order is only confirmed once you’ve received a confirmation email and 50% of the total order amount has been received. Payment: If the date you requested is confirmed, a 50% retainer will be due before any work can be done on your order. The balance is due within 7 days of the pick up date. Cancellations: We understand that life happens and things change. If you cancel more than 2 weeks out from your pick up date, 100% of your money will be returned. Let us know as soon as possible. If an order needs to be canceled or changed within 2 weeks of pick up, 25% will not be refunded. If it is less than a week from the pick up date, no refund will be given from the retainer. If we need to cancel for any reason, 100% of your payment will be returned to you. Pricing: 1 dozen is the minimum order for any custom cookies. Prices depend on the size of the cookie, how many colors, complexity of the design, and how many different techniques are used. All dozens start at $36 and go up from there.

All cookies and food made by JJ’s Eats & Sweets are baked in a kitchen where nuts are used. We can not and will make allergy sensitive orders. We can not be held liable for food allergies. All food made by JJ’s Eats & Sweets are prepared in a cottage kitchen that is not held to the same standards and inspections of the Health Department. We do however have a Serve Safe certification.
