For this wedding at Land of Natura in the Wisconsin Dells, our team transformed the venue with full draping, tables, chairs and lighting, creating an entirely new atmosphere for Adam and Hope’s wedding!

We turned back the clock to the 80s for this year’s Picnic in the Park, bringing a little prom night magic to Warner Park for a celebration full of heart! 💜

From totally tubular bites by some of Madison’s incredible culinary talent, including Mint Mark, The Deliciouser, Heirloom Bakery & Kitchen, Cadre, Lauren Montelbano and Kyle Julius, to a Price Is Right-inspired game show outfitted largely by Celebrations Entertainment that had everyone ready to COME ON DOWN, it was a night to remember!

But the best part of all? Coming together for a cause that never goes out of style.

Picnic in the Park is about celebrating and supporting the beautiful parks that make Madison such a special place to call home. They’re where we gather, connect, celebrate and make memories, and we’re proud to support Madison Parks Foundation in keeping these spaces thriving for generations to come.

To everyone who joined us, supported the cause and helped make this night so special, thank you!

Setup for Picnic in the Park is officially underway, and we’re bringing together all the details for a celebration with a purpose close to our hearts.

Madison’s parks are where our community comes together. They’re where memories are made, connections grow and everyday moments become something meaningful. These green spaces are part of what makes Madison so special, and we’re proud to support Madison Parks Foundation in its mission to preserve and enhance them for generations to come.

Epic UGM is no small production, and this year’s State Fair theme brought an extra dose of Wisconsin fun to an already impressive event. 🎡✨

Our team installed thousands of chairs, along with plenty of other Event Essentials rentals, to help transform the space and get it ready to welcome thousands of Epic employees!

World Dairy Expo-Official Page is officially underway at Alliant Energy Center, and we’re so excited to see another year come together alongside our friends at JK Rentals | Tents & Clearspans and Majic Productions.

This is one of those events that takes a lot of hands, teamwork and coordination behind the scenes, and year after year, we’re so grateful to be part of bringing it to life.

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Robert Copley, CERP as President of the American Rental Association (ARA)!

Robert has served ARA and the rental community in many capacities throughout his career, making this next chapter in his leadership especially meaningful.

For Event Essentials, that connection runs deep. Our founders, Rex and Enid Hoffman, were founding members of ARA 70 years ago, beginning a tradition of involvement and service that has remained an important part of who we are today.

Now, seeing Robert step into the role of President feels like a very special continuation of that legacy.

We’re excited to see him represent and advocate for rental professionals across the country while helping move our industry forward.

Today called for a very special warehouse wakeup breakfast. 🎉

We celebrated our owner, Kevin Hoffman, and his 70th birthday! Kevin began working at Event Essentials in 1980, and more than four decades later, his leadership and dedication continue to be an important part of who we are today.

To mark the occasion, our leadership team cooked breakfast for the entire crew. A chance to celebrate Kevin, fuel up, and spend a little time together during our busiest season.

Happy 70th Birthday, Kevin! Thank you for everything you’ve poured into Event Essentials and the people who make it what it is. Here’s to 70! 🎂✨
