If you are looking for a way to spice up your next event, whether its a back yard bbq, a wedding, grad party, or any other get together, you need to have some authentic BBQ! Your guests will not stop talking about how awesome the party was and how delicious the food was! Sauce Hog will come to your destination and smoke the food right there on site! Unfortunately, we can't do sides, but I promise,

you wont need much after everyone has second, and third trips for the smoked meats! Types of meat include but are not limited to:
brisket, pork butts, ribs, chicken wings, salmon, pulled pork, whole hog, and sausage.
